Since this year marks my first year of college here in
Charlotte, I’ve decided, what better way to get to know my new home than by
writing a blog about all the great things this city has to offer. The blog will
be reviews of different things in the city so that if you need some help
finding something to do, the blog can help you out. I will divide my blog into
three sections, eat, play, and explore. In the eat category you will find some
of the local restaurants that I thought were too good to keep to myself, also
you’ll be able to find a description of what I ate while I was there and what
kind of activities go on at the restaurant. I will try to include menus and
prices as well so you’ll know which restaurant is for you. In play, you can
find all the more fun, but 18+, things to do while in Charlotte. If you’re
looking for some mature fun in Charlotte, “play” is where you can find it. The
play tab will take readers through reviews of some of Charlotte’s best
nightclubs, and include videos and pictures of me at the clubs. Last, the
explore tab is where you can find other ways to get to know the city. This tab
could include anything from concerts, to celebrity meet and greets. You’ll be
able to prepare yourself for the next time these events are in town, because,
most of these events only happen once or twice a year. The blog is not only to
help all of my followers enjoy Charlotte to it’s fullest potential, but for me
to able to learn about my new home. I try to use photos on my blog of my
friends and I at the places I review so readers know that these are legit
reviews of how I thought the place was. You’ll notice if you go exploring the
site that I rate each and every review that I enter on my site. I give the
reviews a rating from 1 to 5 stars. 5 being the best and 1 being the worst. The
blog is a fun way for readers to find what they might love as much as I do in
the Queen City. I hope you enjoy, and feel free to leave feedback, and pictures
from your experience! Welcome to Charlotte readers! Now go out and live!
